Overview: Real Vision Center is located in Pembroke Pines, FL. The fashionable eye care provider handles everything from adult and children’s eye exams and hard-to-fit contact lenses, to eye emergencies, treatment of eye diseases and LASIK eye surgery. They take pride in building lasting relationships with their patients.

As an experienced commercial general contractor, we wanted to carry the same passion to this retail and medical practice renovation project. Giving them not only a state-of-the-art eye care facility, but also a place where patients can feel comfortable. The new vision center is remodeled out of an old dry cleaner in the heart of the Cobblestone Plaza in Pembroke Pines.

This project required an interior remodel/repurpose. Our team handled the demolition of multiple walls and old flooring as well as the removal of concrete to allow new plumbing and electrical installation. Supply cabinets and backings were added for the storage of goods and an entirely new store front door and window really set the tone for the new outlook of the facility.
