Overview:

We were proud to take part in the renovation and rebranding of Gulfstream Plaza, a major shopping center in Palm Beach, Florida. Our work involved dividing an existing Babies “R” Us into two stores, and constructing quite possibly one of the largest Goodwill store’s to date in the other half. We went on to complete an exterior renovation and modification to the 150,000 sq. ft. shopping center, which included:

• Upgrades to the façade, exterior insulation and finishing system (EIFS), and stucco banding
• Site work
• Addition of columns wrapped in natural stone
• New lighting
• New painting and signage
• Addition of dumpster enclosure

While we were pleased to create a newly renovated mecca for local shoppers, the most rewarding part of this project was constructing a new store for Goodwill to help those in need of assistance in our community.
