General Contracting

New construction is all about possibilities. The layperson sees a pile of dirt. We see a beautiful new building fulfilling its purpose for those destined to use it.

As general contractors, we’ve built countless projects since establishing our business in 1980. It is difficult to remember all the specifics of every single one, but some projects stand out because they represent milestones for us.

For Washington Mutual, we built a very contemporary bank branch on Palmetto Park Road in Boca Raton, Florida. Now owned and operated by the largest retail bank in U.S. This  bank construction project remains remarkable for the high quality architectural demands required of us.

Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Coral Springs, Florida is the largest church construction project we ever undertaken. At more than 32,000 sq ft, it included a new church, community center and administration building, and will serve this church community for decades to come.

Emerald Park Retirement Center is remembered as a large retirement construction project that was marked by excellent cooperation by all involved: client, architect and builder. The results were stunning.

General contractors, like businesses in any field, have different working styles. Ours could be characterized as “buttoned up.” We don’t embark on any project without a thorough vetting upfront; we are planners at heart. We are good communicators, excellent project managers and experienced problem solvers. Our process is transparent and completely above board. We don’t just meet, but exceed the standards of our profession. We wouldn’t have it any other way.
